Throughout her career, Williams has worked on numerous high-profile Architectural and Interior Design projects including Mercedes Benz USA Headquarters, Boeing Defense Headquarters, Capital One 360 Cafes, and Starbucks Stores.
Despite graduating in the midst of a terrible economic recession in 2009, Erica landed her first job right out of school at the #1 Architecture and Design firm in the world, Gensler. There she advanced her career rapidly, and served as one of the firms' youngest Practice Area Leaders, and spoke at events and programs where the firms' Directors and CEO's were the only people in attendance. This is where the urgency to break through her fears of public speaking were born.
With over 10+ years of professional experience combined as a Designer, Entrepreneur, Mentor, and Brand developer/marketer, she has learned skills that not every creative is exposed to - or will ever be exposed to in a typical career path.
Now she's ready to share all that she has learned to contribute to the design industry and reveal what we typically don't learn in school or the workplace.
